part 3 of my story well it's now 2003 and I still haven't got my port back and I'm waiting for my TT and my weight hasn't changed now since my return from the USA with Jayne. have been to the Doctor for 6 weigh-in's now and my weight is moving up and down about 3 to 4 pounds a month they are happy with this as I am able to eat easier than I would like but I'm controlling my food intake till I have the band fixed (or port replaced should I say) when I will get it tightened. I have now got my TT date just 4 weeks away May 14th. and looking very forward to having it now, I would be silly to say my nerves aren't working on me just a little..... but hell I was nervous before my Banding and wondering if I was doing the right thing then and hell look at me now. I would do all of it over again if I had to, but I would then know where to change things which I didn't know about this time. I have been ill for about a week feeling tired and sluggish and a few times a little faint and thought I may be getting a cold so went to the Doctors and had a checkup to find that my Blood pressure was LOW and I have always had low blood pressure and this time it was 100/60 sitting and when I stood up it went down to 80/50 I have always had a low pulse rate too my normal pulse rate has always been around 55 to 65 but relaxed on a bed or in a chair it has been known to drop to 34 and that wakes them all up at the hospital I tell you. My Hospital Chart now has in big red letters LOW PULSE RATE, as I had the emergency department in a panic one night when I set the heart monitor off about 5 times LOL so now they know and they set the alarm at 32 instead of 40. I have made a very good friend in these past last few months called Janie who built this website for me and she was banded just over 2 weeks ago and I have been calling and emailing her daily and checking on her progress and how she is doing. Janie built my Fiancé Jayne a website to about her MS and her story about what it has changed in her life. http://jaynes-story.com I will add to this as the year goes by with my TT updates and weight loss after it.
