Macadamia Vanilla

Macadamia Vanilla Cheese
Pie
 | 1/4 cup ground almonds |
 | 4 graham crackers |
 | 1 cup macadamia nuts |
 | 3 packets Splenda |
 | 6 tablespoons butter -- melted |
 | Filling |
 | 16 ounces cream cheese |
 | 2 large eggs |
 | 3/4 cup Splenda |
 | 3/4 cup plain yogurt |
 | 1 tablespoon vanilla |
-Prepare pie shell: Break graham crackers into large pieces ;place
them & ground almonds in food processor or blender container.
-Add macadamia nuts and mix until finely crushed.
-Combine crumbs, butter, and sweetener in small bowl. Press firmly
into bottom and up sides of an 8 inch springform pan and
refrigerate until firm.
-Preheat oven to 350°F.
-Combine cream cheese, eggs, yogurt, vanilla and sweetener in a
medium bowl. Blend thoroughly.
-Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
-Bake 20 minutes or until just set.
-Cool completely on wire rack.
-Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
-Makes 16 servings @4.4 minus 0.4grams fiber=4 carbs & 3.6 grams
